Complaints and Returns

1. Returns:

You have the right to return the goods purchased through our website within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us, i.e.:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to speed up the process of processing the return, please also include a copy of the form in the package with the product being returned.

In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract: In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the item from us (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to return your purchase.

We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment until we receive the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs.

immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

2. Complaints:

Any complaints related to the goods or the performance of the sales contract may be submitted by the customer in any form. We prefer the written form to the following address:

In order to efficiently consider the complaint, we recommend that the complaint includes the following data: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, subject of the complaint and order number, along with an indication of the customer's request, all circumstances describing the defect, date of finding the defect, and, if possible, photos of the defect (in the case of submitting a complaint by e-mail).

Please be advised that we will respond to it within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint.

If the goods have a defect, the customer may:

1. Submit a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract, unless we are able to immediately and without undue inconvenience for the customer replace the defective product with a product free from defects or remove the defect.

This limitation does not apply if the goods have already been replaced or repaired by us or we have not fulfilled the obligation to replace the goods with a defect-free one or to remove defects.

The customer may, instead of the removal of the defect proposed by us, request the replacement of the goods with a defect-free one, or instead of replacing the goods, request the removal of the defect, unless it is impossible to bring the goods into compliance with the contract in a manner chosen by the customer or would require excessive costs compared to the method proposed by us.

2. Demand replacement of the defective product with a product free from defects or demand removal of the defect. We are obliged to replace the defective product with a non-defective one or remove the defect within a reasonable time without undue inconvenience to the customer.

However, we may refuse to satisfy the customer's request if it is impossible to bring the defective goods into compliance with the contract of sale in the manner chosen by the customer or would require excessive costs compared to the second possible method of bringing the defective goods into compliance with the contract of sale.

The customer who exercises the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective item to the following address:

We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is found before the expiry of two years from the delivery of the goods to the customer.

In the case of a Customer who is an Entrepreneur, we are liable under the warranty within 1 year from the date of delivery.
